The Clean Air America CAP-Ture Unit mounts on top of any weld cell. It is supported by a frame structure and integrates into a hood specially designed for your weld cell and application. Each unit consists of a housing with blower, motor, intake air plenum, metal mesh filters, 12 filter cartridges, pulse cleaning system, and dust trays. The air is filtered by drawing the air through metal mesh filters, and then across and through the filter cartridges. The collected dust is dislodged from the filters by the pulse cleaning cycle. This action will extend the life of the filters and lower the cost of operation.
