Due to high demand from both students and employers, Ranken Technical College is offering a Fabrication and Welding Technology program in a brand new state-of-the-art facility with the industry leading Clean Air America Weldstation Welding Booths. These Weldstation Systems capture the welding smoke, filter and return the cleaned air back into the facility, protecting the students, the welding instructors as well as keeping the building nice and clean.
The curriculum includes oxy-fuel cutting, Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW).
